You can see how your team compares to itself. You can't see how it compares to anyone else
Skills gaps stay invisible until a complaint, a bad review or a lost consultation exposes one.
Compare course scores and AI Coach simulation results by role against the same role at other medspas nationally. A front desk lead can see exactly where they rank among front desk staff across the country.

Benchmarking
See where you stand — by role, and by location
Every learner gets one score out of 100 for their role, built only from course scores, assessments and AI Coach results — never revenue, bookings or retention. It is separate from points: points measure how long someone has been on the platform; this measures how good they are right now.

3rd of 9 at Riverside
By role, nationally
Your score sits against people in the same role at the same stage — a six-week front desk hire against other six-week front desk hires, not a three-year veteran. It breaks down into the five things that move it, so it reads as a to-do list, not just a verdict.
By location
Your position inside your own team — “3rd of 9 at Riverside” — where the group is small and the competition is friendly. Owners with more than one site see their locations ranked against each other, and against comparable-size medspas nationally.
You see your own position and your own team. No other practice is ever identifiable, national comparison is against an aggregated curve, and locations are never named on a national board.
National bands for a role unlock once enough practices are on the platform. Until then, everyone still sees their own score, their trend, and their rank within their team.
